What now? Here and I thought a barrette was something girls put in their hair.. That's food?? It's very pretty.. but to me it looks like fabric... is it cake?

It is fabric, I believe, and yes, that's a piece of cake. You can see how cute it looks in a little girl's hair on Goldilocks's site.
