  4. As a matter of fact at this very moment I have kefir sitting on my counter. And next to that jar is a jar of buttermilk. Do you want some of my starter? I'm happy to share!! Let me know and I'll bring it next time I am in town.

  5. I'm pondering it. I'm pondering a lot of things about food this evening. I should do a post about it before I loose all the lovely links I've been reading. High-frictose corn syrup is apparently the devil, I finally found an explination for WHY you ought to soak your grains (cuz I wasn't bright enough to ask you why you do it, Mommyx12), discovered this interesting substance called kefir that sounds quite beneficial... I've been somewhat "crunchy" for a while, but I think I may be on the verge of tumbling into the crunchy abyss! Yikes!

My, but it sounds like a lot of work. Of course, so does Proverbs 31. So work's not bad. It's just work.

Deep thoughts. Deep breaths. Lotsa prayer too, I think.

but man, that hfcs stuff looks rotten!
