Artist Study: Norman Rockwell

I've been meaning to pick a new artist for us to look at, but hadn't done it yet. Today, one of my girlfriends told me that the local art museum has a series on Norman Rockwell. Sold! It's not even expensive. So here are the pictures that I'm planning to look at with the kids for the next 9 weeks. I think that the kids will like these. (All of the images here are from WikiArt.)

I like your choices. Norman Rockwell has always been one of my favorites. He's the one, that when his studio caught fire and burned down, he called his family to come watch, "You'll never get another chance to see something like this again!"

I like the idea of using your community to help you decide what artists to focus on for artist study. We live in L.A. so we have so many museums. How great that your museum has the Rockwells! :)
