I am joining in the Healthy You 2008 challenge this week, too! I see you have their button, also. That seems to be the closest site to Tales From the Scales out there.
Yep, I think that I'm a fan! I've been on vacation, so I haven't been really working at it: just trying not to loose to much ground when I have little to no control over what's served and when. So we'll see how well I did. I'm a bit concerned...
