re: #35 - Weren't you there with Mom and her friend who was visiting from Utah (long long time ago) that time we went to the Amish farm/store so Mom's friend could have an Amish souvenir? The car broke down and Mom had to walk a couple miles to get to a pay phone so she could call Dad. The friend and us kids sat in the car while she went. We saw the Amish kids and even used the Amish outhouse.. I could be wrong, but I thought you were there
This story does not ring a bell... but it sounds like it would have been a cool experience!
I like it, I'll have to take note of what I've accomplished. However, in the book "1001 places to see before you die", I have *only* 915 places left to go!
